An improved rotary integrated tampon printing unit is introduced

TAMPOPRINT® has developed the rotary printing unit „RTI 21-150“, with increased stability and simplified handling in order to offer further and improved decoration and labelling options to the market and product design. In 1981, the first rotary tampon printing machine was built and sold. Rotary printing is used in the area of cylindrical and flat shapes or partial surfaces. Since then, the rotary tampon printing process has established itself in the closure cap industry. Objectives achieved: Optimised registration accuracy, simplified handling, shortened set-up time, maximised stability.

As of now, the new „RTI 21-150“ is integrated into fully automated standard lines for the beverage industry „Continua“ and „Rotoprint“.

The „RTI 21-150“ rotary tampon printing unit can accommodate print area widths of up to 130 mm are achieved. Registration accuracy was significantly optimised.

TIP: The application of other media such as conductive lacquer, primer and pastes, is also possible with this process.
