Online SPC for Industry 4.0

(Petershausen, 02.05.2016) With the brand new release of LineWorks SPACE 7.1, online SPC (Statistical Process Control) for Industry 4.0 agility is available for manufacturing industries. Via diverse improvements for normalized charts and specification management, the new version facilitates the implementation of SPC strategies specifically for environments with high product mix and low volume production runs. The latest distribution adds over 90 improvements in usability, graphics, and reliability and includes an interface to Cornerstone, a separate product to perform data analyses and Design of Experiments (DoE).

Providing full quality assurance, the software can present itself proudly to be proven over many years. For industrial manufacturers, a highly developed infrastructure solution is made available to interactively control their manufacturing processes.
